1. Introduction and Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the standards of conduct that apply when using the services provided by New Roads Collective Limited (“NR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It applies to all users who access or interact with the NR web application, AI trip planner, and related services (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP and our Terms & Conditions. Breach of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account, restriction of access, or referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 Permitted use. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only, except where specific written authorisation has been granted by NR to approved partners.

3.2 Prohibited use. Users must not:

    • Use the Service for commercial gain, advertising, or promotional activities without NR’s prior written consent;

4.2 AI guardrails. NR’s AI system includes built-in safeguards designed to prevent or restrict unsafe or inappropriate outputs. The AI may refuse to generate responses or may flag certain content for review. These guardrails operate automatically and are not negotiable.

4.3 Responsibility for outputs. AI-generated content is informational only and may not always be accurate or current. Users remain responsible for verifying all outputs and for any actions taken in reliance on them.

    • Infringe any intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others; or
    • Misrepresent or impersonate another person or entity.

5.3 Moderation. NR reserves the right to review, moderate, edit, or remove any uploaded content at its sole discretion. Moderation is currently carried out manually by NR administrators but may be supplemented or replaced by automated systems in the future.

5.4 Reporting content. Users may report inappropriate or unsafe content by contacting [email protected]. NR will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

6. System and Data Integrity

Users must not:

    • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or network connected to the Service;
