Now this is something a little special, and we’re very excited about it.

Calder & Co is a private office for UHNW individuals built on a simple idea: that the best service comes from genuinely knowing the person you’re working with.

Founded by Laura Fursdon, the team works with a small number of members, taking the time to understand their passions, their pace, and the things they don’t always think to ask for. What follows is travel planned in full, and a long list of things beyond it: hotels, villas and chalets, tickets, restaurants that say they’re fully booked, trusted connections across property, art and automotive, sourcing rare gifts, and whatever else a member needs.

What makes it work is the continuity. The team knows that a member likes a window table, that a daughter has just started riding, that Japan has always been on the bucket list, and holds these details until the moment they matter. Members never have to repeat themselves. It is, as one member put it recently, the special voice at the end of the phone, the thing that doesn’t automate.
